When you request for specific information on a building project, and/or constructed properties, using the chat option or wish to make a reservation for a building project, and/or constructed properties, we process your personal information only with the purpose of providing you with the specific information on behalf of the seller and/or seller’s real estate agent. Processing your personal information with the intention of providing you with relevant material is made on your request, prior to entering into a contract with the seller of the building project and/or constructed property.

What do we collect from other sources?

We receive your personal information from media platforms, like social media. This includes when you interact with us on social media platforms and other contexts on social media platforms regarding our company. The information we receive is regular personal information, including name, email, phone number and interests. The information we receive is controlled by the private data policy of the specific and relevant social media platform, and we encourage you to go through these on each of the social media platforms in question.

We also receive your personal information from project companies and real estate companies when you make a reservation or buy a building project or constructed property. The information we receive is regular personal information, including name, contact info, address and other information relevant to the specific project. The information we receive is controlled by the private data policy of the specific and relevant real estate company or project company.

Finally, we receive your information from financial institutes and authorities in connection with your purchase of a building project and/or constructed property. The information we receive is regular personal information, including name, contact info, address and other information relevant to the specific project. The information we receive is controlled by the private data policy of your financial institute and the private data policy with the relevant authority.

How do we share your information?

We do not sell, let out or share your personal information in any way with others for any independent usage – except as specifically described in this private data policy or with your previous permission.

We share your personal information with our suppliers, who carry out services on our or your behalf, ex. hosting services, suppliers of information technology, real estate companies (including real estate agents), financial institutes and suppliers of skilled craftsman services. When do we delete your data?

We do not store your data longer than necessary in order to obtain the purpose of registrating the data or as long as it is required in order for us to obey our legal obligations to you and securing our rights.

In regard to job applications we delete your personal information 6 months after a refusal of a specific job application.

In regard to marketing consents we delete your personal information 20 years after the last contact with you in connection with the specific marketing consent.

In regard to marketing material on building projects, and/or constructed properties, we delete your personal information 9 years after the closure of the accounting year in which the building project, or existing property, was taken over (accounting year = 1/1 to 12/31) – in disputes the deadline for deletion may be expanded for up to 10 years.
